Pamela Nelson
Pamela is a certified Level 3 Iyengar Yoga teacher.
She lives in Christopher Lake, Saskatchewan on a small acreage with her family. This is her second international yoga retreat with True Nature Travels and she is so excited to be heading to a new part of Costa Rica!
She loves the life that has come from her practice and sees the changes in herself that have occurred because of her pure practice. She takes her yogic training and study seriously; however, she doesn’t take herself too seriously. Through her classes she brings a sense of friendliness, compassion, lightness, and fun, ensuring that no two classes are the same.
Her classes include all levels from beginner to advanced, as well as Iyengar Flow, Gentle/Restorative, Backs and Joints, Senior/Modified, and Youth and Kids. She teaches in a way that is accessible to all and helps those explore all possibilities within themselves.
