Weekly Yoga Classes

Weekly yoga classes are a great way to build routine and receive instructions on proper alignment, breathing techniques and a safe space to move inward.

I offer weekly classes in Christopher Lake and Prince Albert.

Due to the Covid -19 pandemic all inside classes in Christopher Lake and Prince Albert have been cancelled until safe to resume.

Small classes are now permitted.  If interested in private or semi-private classes please contact me.

I also offer many online options. Please contact me for more information or check out the posters for online classes.

Join me for this evening All Levels yoga class - Outside in July at Pam's

Although each class is different, we will work from our foundation on mobility, stability, strength and flexibility.  Each class designed to rejuvenate and recuperate the body, mind and breath.

Please bring a yoga mat, towel/blanket and if have blocks and belt.

Fun and Fluid - 8:30-10:30 a.m. - online - July 25th

Fun and Fluid will leave you feeling connected and centered. This class is suitable for those with some  yoga experience and open to inversions or building up to inversions.
