Weekly Yoga Classes

Weekly yoga classes are a great way to build routine and receive instructions on proper alignment, breathing techniques and a safe space to move inward.

I offer weekly classes in Christopher Lake and Prince Albert.

Monday Yoga in Christopher Lake -September 12th - October 3rd, 2022

Join me in-person at the Anderson Community Centre in Christopher Lake for this 4 week session. Class is for all levels. Please bring a mat and a few blankets.

Beginner/All Level class at the Prince Albert Arts Centre - 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Happy to be back at the Prince Albert Arts Centre to a new yoga session.  Please contact the Arts Centre to register or you can register online with the City of Prince Albert.  Class starts September 13th - October 11th  - 5:30-6:30 p.m.



Wednesday A.M.  All Levels - 8:00 - 9:15 a.m. - Online  - September 14th - October 5th

Get back into your fall routine with this short session for Beginner/ All Levels. Good for those new to yoga and a foundational refresher for those that have joined before. 




Sunday evening Peace Practice - 7:30-8:30 p.m. - Online  - Dates to be announced. 

Currently outside yoga classes being held.

Sunday evening Peace Practice includes a short, gentle yoga practice followed by seated meditation and ending with savasana.  

Class is online. 

The dates and times are subject to change due to heath, work schedule changes, etc.
