Weekly yoga classes are a great way to build routine and receive instructions on proper alignment, breathing techniques and a safe space to move inward.

I offer weekly classes in Christopher Lake and Prince Albert.

Monday Morning's - A.M. All Levels - 9:00-10:30 a.m. - Anderson Community Centre 

Start your week at the Lake with Yoga!

This is an all-level class for fun, relaxation and exploration. We will play in a safe environment to develop strength, flexibility, mobility and balance to connect the body, breath and mind.  


Dates: January 6th - April 6th - $180/12 week session

Noon Yoga - 12:00-1:00 p.m. - Prince Albert Arts Centre

This is a beginner/all levels Iyengar class.  Rejuvenate the body, breath and mind as we stretch, strengthen and relax!  

New 6 week session begins September 24th. Please register with the City of P.A. or at the Arts Centre for these classes.

Ballet N' All That Jazz

Yoga for Wellness - 1:45-3:00 p.m. - Ballet N' All That Jazz - #7-184 South Industrial Dr. - Prince Albert​

This is a gentle yoga class that is good for those who may have mobility issues, joint replacements, osteoporosis/osteopenia or would just like to explore at a slower pace.  Chairs are available if sitting down lower is an issue.  Yoga is for everyone!  Please come feel the benefits it can bring to you!

Join me for this evening All Levels yoga class starting September 11th.

Although each class is different, we will work from our foundation on mobility, stability, strength and flexibility.  Each class designed to rejuvenate and recuperate the body, mind and breath.

Bi-Monthly Class

Intermediate Yoga - Explore and Expand - Yoga and Sutra Study- 6:00-8:00 p.m. - Pam's Studio

Join me twice a month as we explore and expand our yoga practice.  This class is for those with some yoga experience who wish to deepen their practice.  We will begin with a 20 minute or so Sutra Study. Questions will be sent prior to the class.  More information on book using will be sent upon registration.  

Dates: Jan. 16th & 23rd, Feb. 6 & 13th, March 5th & 12th, April 2nd & 9th - $200 or $30/class

Ballet N' All That Jazz

Yoga for Sports - 1:00-2:30 p.m. - Ballet N' All That Jazz, #7-184 South Industrial Dr. - Prince Albert​

Yoga for Sports is a class for anyone, but especially those who participate in other activities like team sports, dance, track and weights to name a few.  Based it off of B.K.S. Iyengar's teachings, these classes will include and give postures and breathing exercises for pre and post games/performances, during travel, recovering from strains and/or over-training, tips for women. Yoga can help you attain YOUR excellence in body, breath and mind.  We will focus on balance and stability, flexibility, speed, agility, coordination, strains, common complaints and practices for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Please pre-register as minimum numbers required to run classes.

Dates: Saturday's - Feb.29th - March 28th - Received funding to promote this great class.. Cost..only $25 for 5 classes

Sunday Morning Peace Practice - 9:30-10:30 a.m. - Pam's Studio

Peace is all around you!

This short Sunday morning mediation will begin with a very short asana/movement sequence to prepare the body, mind and breath to sit with intention and cultivate peace within and around us.

Dates: Jan. 19th, Feb. 23rd, March 22nd, April 26th & May 24th - Free; please let me know if will be attending though as space is limited.
