Weekly Yoga Classes

Weekly yoga classes are a great way to build routine and receive instructions on proper alignment, breathing techniques and a safe space to move inward.

I offer weekly classes in Christopher Lake and Prince Albert.

Due to the Covid -19 pandemic small classes are now permitted. 

If interested in private or semi-private classes please contact me.

I also offer many online options. Please contact me for more information or check out the posters for online classes.

20201 Winter Online Yoga Schedule

Teaching classes in Prince Albert and Christopher Lake

Iyengar Flow! ...8-9 a.m. - Online via Zoom

Monday's - January 11th - February 22nd - 6 weeks - NO Class Feb.15th

This is a faster paced class and is good for those with some yoga experience. Flow into your week..:)



A.M. All Levels Yoga - 10-11:15a.m. - Online via Zoom

This is a beginner/all levels Iyengar class.  Rejuvenate the body, breath and mind as we stretch, strengthen and relax!  

January 11th - February 22nd - NO Class Feb.15th



Toe Touching Tuesday's - 1 class/week for 6 weeks; each class 20 min. - online via Facebook don't have to be able to touch your toes :)! 

This class will explore bending though and give some tips and variations to make us tap our toes.

This class is part of the Winter Facebook session. There will be 6 - 20 min classes.

Jan. 12th - Feb. 23rd - No class Feb. 16th



Backs and Joints - 5:00-6:00p.m. - Online via Zoom - Jan. 13th - Feb. 24th - No class Feb.17th

NEW CLASS!  This is a new online class this winter.  I have taught this class in person and wanted to share how yoga can help strengthen the back and bring more flexibility and ease into the joints.  The focus of these classes will be on the neck, shoulders and back.



Evening All Levels - 6:30-7:45 p.m.  - Online via Zoom

Join me for this evening All Levels yoga class online.

Although each class is different, we will work from our foundation on mobility, stability, strength and flexibility.  

Each class designed to rejuvenate and recuperate the body, mind and breath.

Thankful Thursday's - 7:00-8:00p.m. - Online via Facebook - Jan.21st, Feb. 4th & 25th

As part of the Facebook session is 3 Restorative classes. Please see the poster on the main page for all the classes in this session. You can also add it to your Zoom live stream session.  Gentle/Restorative classes will help to relax the brain, so the body and breath can follow.  Calm the nervous system and bring a sense of peacefulness into your body.



'Fun' tional Friday's - 1 class/week for 6 weeks; each class 20 min. - online via Facebook

'Fun' tional Friday's is part of the FAcebook Winter session. Please see the poster for more details. 6- 20 min. sessions over 6 weeks. 

Each class meant to help improve how we move and function in our day to day a fun way!

Jan. 15th - Feb. 26th - NO Class Feb. 19th



Fun and Fluid - 8:30-10:30 a.m. - online via Zoom - Jan. 9th & 23rd; Feb.6th & 20th

Fun and Fluid will leave you feeling connected and centered. This class is suitable for those with some yoga experience and open to inversions or building up to inversions.

Sunday Morning Peace Practice - 8:30-9:30 a.m. - Online via Zoom - Jan. 17th & Feb. 21st

Sunday Morning Peace Practice includes a short, gentle yoga practice followed by seated meditation and ending with savasana.
